Bookings

If you need to reschedule a booking, you must contact to rebook with 24 hours notice. Refunds will be given if booking is rescheduled with at least 24 hours advanced notice or in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will not be given if you do not show up to your scheduled session. If you miss your appointment and would like to reschedule, you will need to rebook and provide payment for the new booking.

Zero Tolerance for Harassment

Star Bound Healing has a strict zero tolerance for harassment or violence of any kind. Examples of harassment include, but are not limited to, racial or sexual slurs, racist or sexist jokes, negative stereotyping, physical assault, bullying, threats, doxing, and posting harmful images. Engaging in this behavior while booking, or in a one on one session will promptly forfeit your appointment and may be reported to local authorities. Harassment of any kind after receiving services is also not tolerated and may be subjected to report to local authorities.
